Gourd Hoarder’s Pumpkin Ale 5.7%
Each sip starts with a blend of spicing that immediately leads into a light Noble hop bitterness, with a delicate pumpkin & malt finish 15

Manitou Common 5.5%
This crisp amber lager is an example of the style called California Common. California Common is one of the oldest American beer styles. Although the west coast may claim the genesis of this style, we adapted the ingredients to suit the local palate. Our regulars asked for a clean, crisp beer balanced with a nice caramel malt character. This beer is for the locals. This beer is Manitou Common. 30

Burro Barn Brown 6.0%
Our brewery resides in what was formerly the burro barn for the Manitou Burro Line in the late 1800’s. Visitors to Manitou Springs would come to this very spot to rent a burro which was then used to summit Pikes Peak. This American Brown Ale is a blend of chocolate and toasted caramel flavors with subtle smoky notes, moderately bittered to balance the sweetness of this medium-full bodied ale. 50

Spot Hop IPA {OUT–RETURNS FRI NOV 28} 6.8%
As a new brewery, all of our hops are purchased on a “spot” basis until our hop contract begins at the next fall harvest. One downside to this is that we can’t procure all of the hop varieties we would like as they are reserved on everyone else’s contract. Until then, we bring you our Spot Hop IPA which is currently hop bursted & dry hopped with roughly 4 pounds of hops per barrel. 75
