MBC offers a wide variety of beer styles brewed on location and also craft beer from our favorite breweries around the world. While we offer a few flagship brews year round, our tap selection generally varies from week to week, and of course season to season. If you don’t see your favorite style, stop by and let us know what YOU would like to see us brew…If you ask for it, we will brew it!

Robust Porter 5.2%
A roasty, yet sweet Robust Porter with chocolate and coffee notes. Moderate fruity esters are very prominent but blend well with the roast & caramel sweetness. 23

Manitou Common 5.5%
This crisp amber lager is an example of the style called California Common. California Common is one of the oldest American beer styles. Although the west coast may claim the genesis of this style, we adapted the ingredients to suit the local palate. Our regulars asked for a clean, crisp beer balanced with a nice caramel malt character. This beer is for the locals. This beer is Manitou Common. 30

EXP IPA #2 6.5%
It’s an exciting time as we are finally starting to get hops on our contract. We will be brewing experimental batches of IPA until we find the juiciest hop combo that we like. Try them all over the next couple months and let us know which one you like the most. These batches are hop bursted & dry hopped with over 5 lbs per barrel. 75

English Pale Ale 5.1%
A refreshing English Pale Ale in the style of an ESB.  Made with British malt and a classic British ale yeast, this beer has a fruity aroma with a toffee and biscuit like finish. Dry hopped with 8lbs of Fuggles. 22

Camarillo Brillo Sour 5.4%
A pale ale soured with wild lactobacillus and fermented with ale yeast.  Clean lactic tartness with a lemon pith like bitterness.  Dry-hopping with copious quantities of Amarillo combined with the lactic profile gives this beer a grapefruit/orange/lemon zest aroma and flavor. 15

Cherry Poppin’ Sour   4.8%
After the first sip you’ll ask yourself, “Is this beer?”  Reminiscent of a sparkling wine, this very special beer is a refreshingly crisp, light-bodied, tart ale with a pleasant cherry finish that pops at the end.  11

Rogue Wet Hop IPA
6%
Created with hops from Rogue’s micro hop farm in Independence, Oregon. Raw hops are picked, stuffed into burlap bags, driven immediately 77 miles to Newport, Oregon and pitched into the brew kettle. 65

Left Hand Good Juju
4.5%
Light ale brewed with organic ginger, low in alcohol & very crisp finish 20

Trinity Farmhouse Soleil Saison d’ete 6.8%
Inspired by sunlight, this Saison has a toasty and dry malt profile followed by a surprisingly even body. We switched up the hops on this beer, using American Grown Simcoe producing a passion fruit flavor intertwined perfectly with lemon and lime fruits, while finishing spicy/dry from both a ginger and green pepper corn addition.
NA

Ninkasi Total Domination IPA 6.7%
Total Domination IPA has a citrusy, floral hop aroma, and big hop flavor balanced with a richness imparted by Carahell and Munich malts. This beer is a big flavorful Northwest IPA that maintains its drinkability. 65

New Belgium La Folie
7%
This wood-aged, sour brown spends one to three years in big, oak barrels, known as foeders. And when the beer finally hits the glass, La Folie is sharp and sour, full of green apple, cherry, and plum-skin notes. Pouring a deep mahogany, the mouthfeel will get you puckering while the smooth finish will get you smiling. Not a beer for the timid, La Folie is a sour delight that will turn your tongue on its head. 18

Great Divide Orabelle
8.3%
Brewed with barley, wheat, oats, and rye.  This Belgian-Style Tripel is a golden beauty.  Its two yeast strains, orange peel and dash of coriander impart surprising complexity and richness to this delicate ale  NA

Anderson Valley Blood Orange Gose 4.2%
Our Blood Orange Gose is a tart, refreshing wheat ale that is kettle-soured with lactobacillus and brewed with sea salt and coriander.  However, unlike traditional versions of the style, ours features liberal additions of blood oranges during fermentation.  This imparts tangy citrus notes that complement the champagne-like flavors, creating a complex and sessionable ale perfect for any occasion.  20

Colorado Cider Company Glider Cider Dry 6.9%
A whisper of apples, a light tart note & a champagne-like flavor and extra dry finish

Colorado Cider Company Cherry Glider Cider 6.9%
Unique & dry apple cider enhanced with cherries

Colorado Cider Company Pome Mel Cider 6.5%
Notes of lavender & rosemary over flavors of honey & tart apples with a clean & dry finish
