Manitou Common 5.5%
This crisp amber lager is an example of the style called California Common. California Common is one of the oldest American beer styles. Although the west coast may claim the genesis of this style, we adapted the ingredients to suit the local palate. Our regulars asked for a clean, crisp beer balanced with a nice caramel malt character. This beer is for the locals. This beer is Manitou Common. 30

High Ground IPA 6.5%
After multiple experimental batches of IPA & feedback from our fans, we bring you High Ground IPA. This beer is meticulously crafted with care in EVERY step of the process. Hop bursted and dry hopped with over 5 lbs of hops per barrel, this beer has a calculated IBU rating of 125. Actual IBU’s unknown. ??

Raspberry Berliner  Weisse 4.9%
You know summer has arrived when Raspberry Berliner Weisse comes on tap at MBC. Berliner Weisse is a German sour wheat ale that is extremely refreshing. Traditionally served with raspberry or woodruff syrup, our version is made with real raspberries. This beer is soured with wild lactobacillus, fermented with ale yeast, and undergoes a secondary fermentation with a LOT of raspberries. Have a glass, this won’t last long. 10

Pineapp-Ale Wheat 5.2%
A big pineapple aroma leads to a refreshingly crisp wheat beer. Fruity with a malty finish, you’ll feel like you are sitting on a tropical island. 18

American Blonde Ale 5.9%
Mild to moderate fruit ester aroma leads to a crisp, clean American Blonde Ale.  Very light bodied, refreshing, and drinkable yet packs a near 6% ABV punch. 25

Burro Barn Brown 5.9%
Our brewery resides in what was formerly the burro barn for the Manitou Burro Line in the late 1800’s. Visitors to Manitou Springs would come to this very spot to rent a burro which was then used to summit Pikes Peak. This American Brown Ale is a blend of chocolate and toasted caramel flavors with subtle smoky notes, moderately bittered to balance the sweetness of this medium-full bodied ale 35

Pikes Peak Gold Rush Belgian 8.7%
Gold Rush is a full-flavored Belgian-inspired ale with notes of honey, clove and baking spice. NA

Stone + Wicked Weed + Ecliptic Points Unknown IPA
9.5%
This veritable triad of power opted to brew TWO beers. The first was a traditional Belgian-style tripel aged four months in oak barrels that originally housed red wine, then tequila. It was then blended at a one-fourth to three-fourths ratio with a freshly brewed West Coast double IPA to create this beer. 72

Victory DirtWolf Double IPA 8.7%
DirtWolf Double IPA is the culmination of Victory’s double IPA series experiment with whole flower American-grown hops. With two-row German malts and a well-balanced combination of whole flower Citra, Chinook, Simcoe and Mosaic hops, this 8.7% abv brew blends the powerful citrus aroma and fruity flavors, with the piney, earthy and mildly floral characteristics found in these intriguing hop varieties.
65

Anderson Valley Boont Amber Ale 5.8%
Rich, crystal malts give this beer a deep copper hue and contribute a slight caramel sweetness while the herbal, spicy bitterness from carefully selected whole-cone hops impart a crisp, clean finish.  Hints of sun toasted grain, toffee, and fruity esters compliment the mellow, noble hop aroma. 16

Wasatch Ghostrider White IPA 6%
Smooth and crisp, made from pale barley and citrusy hops, touch of coriander NA

New Belgium Hop Tart 5%
American sour ale, blends Belgian pale malt with biting lactobacillus for a slight hint at sourness that propels bursts of passion fruit, guava & pineapple. 30

Grand Teton Sweetgrass Pale Ale
6%
2009 GABF Gold Medal American Pale Ale winner, features crisp & fragrant hoppiness along with a citrusy, resinous spiciness 60

Ska Vernal Minthe Stout 5.8%
A sweet stout with real peppermint, spearmint, cocoa nibs and vanilla beans.  15
