Manitou Common 5.5%
This crisp amber lager is an example of the style called California Common. California Common is one of the oldest American beer styles. Although the west coast may claim the genesis of this style, we adapted the ingredients to suit the local palate. Our regulars asked for a clean, crisp beer balanced with a nice caramel malt character. This beer is for the locals. This beer is Manitou Common. 30

High Ground IPA 6.5%
After multiple experimental batches of IPA & feedback from our fans, we bring you High Ground IPA. This beer is meticulously crafted with care in EVERY step of the process. Hop bursted and dry hopped with over 5 lbs of hops per barrel, this beer has a calculated IBU rating of 125. Actual IBU’s unknown. ??

Camarillo Brillo Sour 5.4%
A pale ale soured with wild lactobacillus and fermented with ale yeast.  Clean lactic tartness with a lemon pith like bitterness.  Dry-hopping with copious quantities of Amarillo combined with the lactic profile gives this beer a grapefruit/orange/lemon zest aroma and flavor. 15

Summer Honey Wheat 5.6%
A light bodied, American wheat beer spiced with coriander & orange with a slight honey-malt finish 15

Hüll Melon Single Hop Pale Ale 6%
An American ale brewed with multiple additions of German Hüll Melon hops & dry hopped with this single hop 35

Odell Myrcenary 9.3%
Named for Myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower, Myrcenary Double IPA is our tribute to those who revere the illustrious hop, and their unyielding exploit to craft hop forward beers. Brewed with a blend of hops containing the highest levels of Myrcene, this double IPA prevails with a tropical fruit-like flavor, a pungent floral aroma, and a clean getaway. 70

Ommegang Witte
Witte is our version of the classic Belgian wit or “white” ale. Witte, which is actually Flemish for white, is brewed with malted and unmalted wheat, orange peel, and coriander – offering a refreshing style that showcases the Belgian talent for brewing full-flavored ales that are also light and balanced. It is pale straw in color, slightly hazy from the yeast, and topped with a huge white, fluffy head. 11

Prost Kolsch 4.6%
This bier is delicate and pale with less bitterness than a Pils and less sweetness than a Helles. A subtle fruitiness is the hallmark of this classic style from Köln. Along with Alt, this is one of the last ale holdouts in Germany.

Great Divide Yeti Imperial Stout 9.5%
It starts with big, roasty malt flavor that gives way to rich caramel and toffee notes. YETI gets its bold hop character from an enormous quantity of American hops. It weighs in at a hefty 75 IBUs. 75

Stone 19th Anniversary Thunderstruck IPA 8.7%
This double IPA owes its considerable oomph to a quartet of Australian hops—Topaz and Galaxy, plus newcomers Ella and Vic Secret. We also had Fairview malt shipped in from Australia just for this brew. The beer’s striking tropical fruit, citrus and peach hop flavors and slightly resinous and aromatically dank earthiness are sure to electrify your senses. 95

Coronado 19th Anniversary Imperial IPA 9%
As current World Beer Cup Mid-Sized Brewery Champion,  they deliver a big, tropical IPA suitable for hopheads and casual drinkers alike. Tropical fruit notes accent the beer’s hop spiciness and refreshingly dry finish. It is extremely drinkable for such a big IIPA and stands as a great representation of Coronado Brewing’s costal state of mind. 80

Ballest Point Grunion Pale Ale
Originating from an employee-only home brew contest, this award-winning hoppy pale ale is named after the tiny local fish known for late night frolics on shore.  A pair of new hop varieties lend strong yet balanced summer melon aromas and herbal flavors, while a soft caramel malt sweetness holds it all together. 35

Ska Vernal Minthe Stout   5.8%
A sweet stout with real peppermint, spearmint, cocoa nibs and vanilla beans.    15
