Manitou Common 5.5%
This crisp amber lager is an example of the style called California Common. California Common is one of the oldest American beer styles. Although the west coast may claim the genesis of this style, we adapted the ingredients to suit the local palate. Our Regulars asked for a clean, crisp beer balanced with a subtle caramel malt character. This beer is for the locals. This beer is Manitou Common. 30

High Ground IPA 6.5%
2016 WORLD BEER CUP SILVER MEDAL. After multiple experimental batches of IPA & feedback from our fans, we bring you High Ground IPA. This beer is meticulously crafted with care in EVERY step of the process. Hop bursted and dry hopped with over 5 lbs of hops per barrel, this beer has a calculated IBU rating of 125. Actual IBU’s unknown. ??

Manitou Genuine Draft 5.5%
A beer style spawned from the American lager movement in the mid to late 1800’s, Cream Ale is a very crisp, refreshing lager-esque ale or ale-esque lager (depending on yeast used.)  Very faint malt notes, very light-bodied, very high carbonation, with low to moderate hopping make this beer very crisp, very clean, very refreshing, and very drinkable! 17

Wit It or Quit It 5.4%
Traditional Belgian Wit, “white beer” brewed with wheat, oats & coriander, drinking deceptively smooth we dare you to quit after just one! 12

Apricot Strong Ale 8.1%
Release Friday, May 27 22

Boss Mode 6.1%
Black IPA with punch you in your face levels of Cascade, Centennial & Columbus hops, with a very slight roast on finish.  100

Camarillo Brillo 5.5%
A Pale Ale soured with wild Lactobacillus and fermented with ale yeast. Clean lactic tartness with a lemon pith like bitterness. Dry-hopping with copious quantities of Amarillo combined with the lactic profile gives this beer a grapefuit/orange/lemon zest aroma and flavor. 20

Burro Barn Brown Ale 5.7%
Our brewery resides in what was formerly the burro barn for the Manitou Burro Line in the late 1800’s. Visitors to Manitou Springs would come to this very spot to rent a burro which was then used to summit Pikes Peak.  This American Brown Ale is a blend of chocolate and toasted caramel flavors, bittered enough to balance the sweetness of this medium bodied ale. 31

UPDATED     MAY 26, 2016

The Bruery Jardinier 4.5%
Jardinier, which is French for “gardener,” was inspired by the fresh, sessionable beers so often found on the Belgian dinner table. Bright and flavorful with an assertive hop character. 35

Trinity Seven Day Sour 5%
Brewed with a first and second ‘slims’ process, a malt bill built with over 30% raw wheat, aged hops, Lactobacillus, and Brettanomyces. Both kettle and FV fermented, this beer never touches oak barrels. NA

Stone 6th Anniversary Porter 8%
For our 6th anniversary in 2002, we extended this concept by making an intensified version of Stone Smoked Porter. We cranked up the malts and hops a notch or three and conditioned it on French and American oak, which accentuated our porter’s distinctive smokiness and amplified its chocolate and roast coffee flavors while also adding subtle notes of toffee, cherries, dried berries and vanilla. 60

Ninkasi Hop Cooler 7.2%
Bright and tropical, this India Pale Ale brilliantly layers a citrusy blend of orange and tangerine with a robust hop profile. Crafted with real citrus and packed with as much flavor as a hop cooler, you won’t be able to stop at just one sip of this fresh and fruity beer. 74

Alaskan Jalapeño IPA
8.5%
This Jalapeño Imperial IPA is fresh from the onset, with a quartet of bright hops playing off zesty jalapeño heat. A lustrous head retains the citrusy combination of Centennial, Sterling, Magnum and Apollo hops. Fresh jalapeños are used for a pleasant aroma, full-bodied flavor and genuine picante kick. A sweet bready malt backbone provides balance to the peppery fire. 70

Avery Perzik Saison
6.4%
A classic saison—dry, crisp, fruity, spicy and refreshing— with a dose of summer—peaches! NA

New Holland Dragon’s Milk 11%
Dragon’s Milk is a 17th century term used to describe the strong beer usually reserved for royalty. This strong ale was aged in oak for over 120 days. The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which contribute to its complex character. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a King. 31

New Belgium La Folie 7%
La Folie, French for “the folly,” is a beer steeped in New Belgium brewing tradition. This wood-aged, sour brown spends one to three years in big, oak barrels, known as foeders. And when the beer finally hits the glass, La Folie is sharp and sour, full of green apple, cherry, and plum-skin notes. Pouring a deep mahogany, the mouthfeel will get you puckering while the smooth finish will get you smiling. 18

Colorado Cider Company Cherry Glider Cider 6.9%
Unique & dry apple cider enhanced with cherries

Colorado Cider Company Pome Mel Cider 6.5%
Notes of lavender & rosemary over flavors of honey & tart apples with a clean & dry finish

New Belgium Glütiny Golden Ale 5.2%
New Belgium dosed Glütiny Golden Ale with Nugget, Goldings and Cascade hops, and then dry-hopped it again with Cascade. These bright, floral hops lend grapefruit and subtle herb notes to the wash of bready-sweet malts. An addition of oats adds a layer of smoothness to the mouthfeel. Glütiny Golden Ale is a sessionable, flavorful ale that starts sweet and ends crisp. {BOTTLE ONLY; GLUTEN REMOVED, DOES NOT = GLUTEN FREE} 20

New Belgium Glütiny Pale Ale 6%
Glütiny Pale Ale has a hefty dose of exotic Equinox hops, which bring out guava, papaya and stone fruits lending to a sweet, slightly toasty malt flavor. Additional hops include chinook, cascade and crystal. The beer starts with a light sweetness that slides into a balanced bitterness. The mouthfeel is juicy with a crisp finish. {BOTTLE ONLY; GLUTEN REMOVED, DOES NOT = GLUTEN FREE} 30
