If you don’t see your favorite style, stop by and let us know what YOU would like to see us brew…If you ask for it, we will brew it!

Manitou Common 5.5%
This crisp amber lager is an example of the style called California Common. California Common is one of the oldest American beer styles. Although the west coast may claim the genesis of this style, we adapted the ingredients to suit the local palate. Our regulars asked for a clean, crisp beer balanced with a nice caramel malt character. This beer is for the locals. This beer is Manitou Common. 30

High Ground IPA 6.5%
After multiple experimental batches of IPA & feedback from our fans, we bring you High Ground IPA. This beer is meticulously crafted with care in EVERY step of the process. Hop bursted and dry hopped with over 5 lbs of hops per barrel, this beer has a calculated IBU rating of 125. Actual IBU’s unknown. ??

Belgian Pale Ale 5.1%
This Belgian Pale Ale features classic spicy Belgian phenolic & fruity ester character ending with a delicate malt finish                                  22

Falconer’s Flight Single Hop Pale Ale 5.9%
An American Pale Ale brewed with multiple hop additions and dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight, a hop from the Pacific Northwest with characteristics of tropical, citrus & floral tones. 36

Burro Barn Brown Ale 6%
Our brewery resides in what was formerly the burro barn for the Manitou Burro Line in the late 1800’s. Visitors to Manitou Springs would come to this very spot to rent a burro which was then used to summit Pikes Peak. This American Brown Ale is a blend of chocolate & toasted caramel flavors wtih subtle smoky notes, moderately bittered to balance the sweetness of this medium-full bodied ale. 50

Belgian Dark Strong 9%
Rich caramel-malty sweetness with subtle plum & dried cherry notes. Classic Belgian yeast brings a balanced Belgian ester/phenol profile. Smooth yet building alcohol warmth. 26

Gourd Hoarder’s Pumpkin Ale 5.9%
Each sip starts with a blend of spicing that immediately leads into a light noble hop bitterness, finishing with a delicate pumpkin/malt finish. 15

Stone Enjoy By 10.31.15 9.4%
You have in your hands a devastatingly independent double IPA. Freshness is a key component of many beers – especially big, hoppy IPAs – but we’ve taken it further, a lot further, with this one. We brewed this IPA specifically NOT to last. We’ve gone to extensive lengths to ensure you get your hands on this beer within an extraordinarily short window, and we’ve sent a very clear message in the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right NOW to enjoy this IPA! NA

Prost Kolsch 4.6%
This bier is delicate and pale with less bitterness than a Pils and less sweetness than a Helles. A subtle fruitiness is the hallmark of this classic style from Köln. Along with Alt, this is one of the last ale holdouts in Germany. 22

Fort Collins Chocolate Stout 5.3%

Velvety smooth mouthfeel, with roasty flavor & medium body. Subtle hop bitterness rounds out the character of roasted barley and  chocolate malt

Renegade Endpoint IPA 11%
Single hopped with tons of summit hops, this beer is a great example of how complex a single-hopped beer can be. Summit hops are extremely diverse containing flavors of grapefruit, pine, and sweet onion. Our brewers are careful to add the hops at specific times in the boil to bring out each unique flavor. 100

Nebraska IPA 6.9%
West Coast inspired IPA rich in flavor and abundant in citrus, pine & floral aromatics created through a wonderful infusion of Citra hops. 72

Epic Sour Apple Saison 7.5%
Sweet, yet dry and tart, apples spiced with coriander, grains of paradise, anise, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger. There is no wrong way to enjoy this Saison Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale! NA

Ballest Point Grunion Pale Ale
Originating from an employee-only home brew contest, this award-winning hoppy pale ale is named after the tiny local fish known for late night frolics on shore.  A pair of new hop varieties lend strong yet balanced summer melon aromas and herbal flavors, while a soft caramel malt sweetness holds it all together. 35

New Belgium Le Terroir   7.5%
New Belgium sour beer, which oozes terroir from the pores of the wooden foeders we age it in. They produce a base beer that’s golden-colored with a soft overripe peach aroma and just the right amount of tart. And after 3 years in the foeders, you can bet it has some nice earthy tones. Round out that fruity base with even more unique fruity hops like Amarillo and Galaxy, and this beer may just have more terroir than your classiest wine. And with the hop burp, compliments of the dry-hopping.    12
