MBC offers a wide variety of beer styles brewed on location and also craft beer from our favorite breweries around the world. While we offer a few flagship brews year round, our tap selection generally varies from week to week, and of course season to season. If you don’t see your favorite style, stop by and let us know what YOU would like to see us brew…If you ask for it, we will brew it!

Robust Porter 5.2%
A roasty, yet sweet Robust Porter with chocolate and coffee notes. Moderate fruity esters are very prominent but blend well with the roast & caramel sweetness. 23

Manitou Common 5.5%
This crisp amber lager is an example of the style called California Common. California Common is one of the oldest American beer styles. Although the west coast may claim the genesis of this style, we adapted the ingredients to suit the local palate. Our regulars asked for a clean, crisp beer balanced with a nice caramel malt character. This beer is for the locals. This beer is Manitou Common. 30

EXP IPA #1 6.5%
It’s an exciting time as we are finally starting to get hops on our contract. We will be brewing experimental batches of IPA until we find the juiciest hop combo that we like. Try them all over the next couple months and let us know which one you like the most. These batches are hop bursted & dry hopped with over 5 lbs per barrel. 75

Belgian Dubbel 8.5%
This big Dubbel starts with moderate fruit esters on the nose that continue on to the palate with a spicy Belgian finish. 23

Honey Orange Rye Saison 6.9%
This Saison is very fruity on the nose, finishing very dry and peppery with a touch of honey & malt. 26

Ella Single Hop IPA 6.2%
This single hop IPA features the liberal use of Australian Ella hops. On the edge between an American Pale Ale & an American IPA, this beer is less bitter than our Spot Hop IPA and also has a nice malty finish. Try this beer if you are curious about what AUS Ella hops are all about. 55

Cherry Poppin’ Sour   4.8%
After the first sip you’ll ask yourself, “Is this beer?”  Reminiscent of a sparkling wine, this very special beer is a refreshingly crisp, light-bodied, tart ale with a pleasant cherry finish that pops at the end.  11

Feeling Peachy Wheat 4.7%
Open hand slap to the face puts you in the  middle of the peach harvest on the Western Slope. If you don’t love peaches, don’t order this beer! 14

Rogue Wet Hop IPA
6%
Created with hops from Rogue’s micro hop farm in Independence, Oregon. Raw hops are picked, stuffed into burlap bags, driven immediately 77 miles to Newport, Oregon and pitched into the brew kettle. 65

Left Hand Good Juju
4.5%
Light ale brewed with organic ginger, low in alcohol & very crisp finish 20

Maui Brewing Coconut Porter 6%
Robust porter brewed with 6 varieties of malted barley, hops & hand-toasted coconut with tastes of dark malt, chocolate & hints of coffee 30

Dogfish Head Aprihop 7%
Aprihop is an American IPA brewed with Pilsner and Crystal malts. It’s massively hopped — in the continuous fashion, of course! — and the flavor is complemented by the addition of apricot juice. 50

New Belgium La Folie
7%
This wood-aged, sour brown spends one to three years in big, oak barrels, known as foeders. And when the beer finally hits the glass, La Folie is sharp and sour, full of green apple, cherry, and plum-skin notes. Pouring a deep mahogany, the mouthfeel will get you puckering while the smooth finish will get you smiling. Not a beer for the timid, La Folie is a sour delight that will turn your tongue on its head. 18

Rodenbach Grand Cru 6%
Rodenbach Grand Cru is a blend of “young” beer (33%) and an older beer (67%) that has matured in oak vats. It is the high percentage of the older ripened-in-oak beer that gives it the complex and intense bouquet with a very long aftertaste like a Grand Cru wine. This is a complex beer with lots of wood and fruity esters, wine-like and with a balsamic vinegar aroma. A sharp taste, fruity, refreshing and with a balanced Madeira-like sweetness.
