Manitou Common 5.5%
This crisp amber lager is an example of the style called California Common. California Common is one of the oldest American beer styles. Although the west coast may claim the genesis of this style, we adapted the ingredients to suit the local palate. Our regulars asked for a clean, crisp beer balanced with a nice caramel malt character. This beer is for the locals. This beer is Manitou Common. 30

High Ground IPA 6.5%
After multiple experimental batches of IPA & feedback from our fans, we bring you High Ground IPA. This beer is meticulously crafted with care in EVERY step of the process. Hop bursted and dry hopped with over 5 lbs of hops per barrel, this beer has a calculated IBU rating of 125. Actual IBU’s unknown. ??

Camarillo Brillo Sour 5.4%
A pale ale soured with wild lactobacillus and fermented with ale yeast.  Clean lactic tartness with a lemon pith like bitterness.  Dry-hopping with copious quantities of Amarillo combined with the lactic profile gives this beer a grapefruit/orange/lemon zest aroma and flavor. 15

Irish Red Ale 5%
A medium light-bodied Irish Red Ale.  Mildly bittered with a caramel malt finish. 22

American Blonde Ale 5.9%
Mild to moderate fruit ester aroma leads to a crisp, clean American Blonde Ale.  Very light bodied, refreshing, and drinkable yet packs a near 6% ABV punch. 25

Centennial Single Hop Pale Ale 5.7%
An American ale brewed with multiple additions of hops & dry hopped with Centennial 35

New Belgium Eric’s Ale 7%
Combination of a dry, sour beer aged up to 3 years in oak foeders with a semi-sweet higher alcohol base beer & the resulting blend is re-fermented with peach juice NA

Lost Abbey Witches Wit
4.8%
Most definitely, this first and foremost a wheat ale. You can taste the wheat from start to finish. A faint toasted note from the addition of flaked oats is present in the beer as well. This is a light bodied beer that finishes with a spicy layer in the end. This beer has also been spiced with Grapefruit Zest, Orange Peel and Coriander. NA

Prost Kolsch 4.6%
This bier is delicate and pale with less bitterness than a Pils and less sweetness than a Helles. A subtle fruitiness is the hallmark of this classic style from Köln. Along with Alt, this is one of the last ale holdouts in Germany.
22

Great Divide Oatmeal Yeti Imperial Stout 9.5%
Much like its legendary predecessors, this Yeti is big, bold and dark.  The addition of rolled oats softens Yeti’s notoriously roasty backbone and the small amount of raisins added in the brew kettle create a unique dark fruit character.  Just as admired as those that came before it, Oatmeal Yeti Imperial Stout is a gentle beast. NA

Stone 19th Anniversary Thunderstruck IPA 8.7%
This double IPA owes its considerable oomph to a quartet of Australian hops—Topaz and Galaxy, plus newcomers Ella and Vic Secret. We also had Fairview malt shipped in from Australia just for this brew. The beer’s striking tropical fruit, citrus and peach hop flavors and slightly resinous and aromatically dank earthiness are sure to electrify your senses. 95

Coronado 19th Anniversary Imperial IPA 9%
As current World Beer Cup Mid-Sized Brewery Champion,  they deliver a big, tropical IPA suitable for hopheads and casual drinkers alike. Tropical fruit notes accent the beer’s hop spiciness and refreshingly dry finish. It is extremely drinkable for such a big IIPA and stands as a great representation of Coronado Brewing’s costal state of mind. 80

Ballest Point Grunion Pale Ale
5.5%
Originating from an employee-only home brew contest, this award-winning hoppy pale ale is named after the tiny local fish known for late night frolics on shore.  A pair of new hop varieties lend strong yet balanced summer melon aromas and herbal flavors, while a soft caramel malt sweetness holds it all together. 35

Ska Vernal Minthe Stout   5.8%
A sweet stout with real peppermint, spearmint, cocoa nibs and vanilla beans.    15

Colorado Cider Company Cherry Glider Cider 6.9%
Unique & dry apple cider enhanced with cherries

Colorado Cider Company Pome Mel Cider 6.5%
Notes of lavender & rosemary over flavors of honey & tart apples with a clean & dry finish

Colorado Cider Company Glider Cider Dry   6.9%
A whisper of apples, a light tart note & a champagne-like flavor and extra dry finish

Omission Pale Ale 5.8%
Bold & hoppy, American Pale Ale with a floral aroma & caramel malt body {BOTTLE ONLY; GLUTEN REMOVED, DOES NOT = GLUTEN FREE} 33

Omission IPA 6.7%
Hop forward, Northwest style IPA, with notable pine, citrus & grapefruit aromas and flavors, and a perfect level of malt sweetness {BOTTLE ONLY; GLUTEN REMOVED, DOES NOT = GLUTEN FREE}  65
