Server/Wait Staff

EXPERIENCED servers only, passionate about beer (must be 21 or over), FRIENDLY personality, POSITIVE attitude, TEAM player

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Greeting customers, providing table service using a mobile device

*Displaying a high level of beer knowledge to customers and genuine interest in craft beer

*Pouring beer, wine, and cocktails

*Running food and drinks to tables

*Clearing dirty dishes and glasses from tables

*Washing dirty bar glasses

*Assisting bartenders and other servers

*Completing side work which includes: cleaning bar area, all tables, chairs, windows and bathrooms; sweeping, mopping any spills

*Other duties as necessary

SKILLS:

*EXCELLENT at multi-tasking & being responsible for every point of service from beginning to end

*Competence with ordering through a POS system, and able to efficiently order through a mobile device at the table

*Have previous craft beer knowledge or willing to be an avid learner

*Ability to work in a fast paced restaurant environment

*Providing excellent customer service

*Assisting customers with any needs

*Ability to fit in to an established positive team environment

Professional Line Cook

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications in a fast paced restaurant. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Short order cooks are ideal for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Clean up station and properly store leftover food
-Stock inventory appropriately

REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven cooking experience is required
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-ServSafe Certified or able to pass exam once employed
-Maintain a positive and professional relationship with coworkers
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
